Family Capital Architect. Founder of MN SAPIENS
Maxim Bagaev
Maxim Bagaev develops Family Capital Architecture as a discipline and personally leads the core MN SAPIENS client work: from architectural diagnosis and strategic work through the design and production of the Holistic Family Wealth Plan / HFWP, and into implementation, ongoing review and further decisions.
He is responsible for the architecture of the family’s route, the integration of its decisions and the HFWP as a whole. He personally designs and integrates the family’s financial architecture, including financial strategy, investment strategy, insurance protection and the practical structure required to implement them.
Where legal, tax or other specialist matters fall outside his professional scope or require a separate qualified opinion, the relevant specialist retains responsibility for that conclusion. Their work is integrated into the family’s overall architecture rather than treated as an isolated answer.
MN SAPIENS is being built so that its methods, reasoning, decision history and professional standards remain in the system and the work can continue without depending on one person.
